Gym Members

I started Move after hip replacement surgery, because I wanted to get back to working out, but was worried I would do something wrong to delay my recovery. I wanted the guidance of a trainer in case something hurt. I learned to love foam rolling and I really felt great using the Move format of working out.

I have been an aerobic exerciser my whole life, but never had done any strength training. When I reached menopause, nothing seemed to work anymore. I had zero energy and gained weight. Thought I'd start MOVE and give lifting weights a try. After 1 month of participating, I am absolutely LOVING it! My body feels energized all day long after a workout and the accountability with others is what I needed. I look forward to every workout and where this will bring my health journey in the future!
